So yea, it should breath cold air. Cold enough to insta freeze things.
ALSO, like Polar bear the skin from the wings will rot and this will be a walking dragon. :p
Well, it doesn't look like the dead heal old wounds, so since the Night King's javelin decimated the dragon's fire breathing "apparatus", he really shouldn't be able to breathe anything, right?
