What did the hound mean when he said to his brother "you know who's coming for you, you have always known"

He's dead. The Night King will take him and the Hound will put an end to his big bro.

I think he meant himself. Hound wants to fight the mountain.

Pretty sure he meant himself. He's going to be the one to pay his brother back for what he did to him. There was some foreshadowing of this in a previous season...I can't for the life of me remember which, but it seemed a pretty strong warning that the Hound would get even with his brother.
