Why not just call it "Are you Smarter Than a 10 Year Old"?
I think the UK and other countries use an AGE to represent the youth answering the questions.
After all, "grades" are an American thing and 99% of the world does not know what age range a "5th grader" represents. It also sounds stupid, like "grade" sounds like a measure of QUALITY and not an AGE.
