Cyborg!

Was even more awesome than expected.

And I couldn't be any happier when they showed him upgrading his tech to where it looks exactly like the current comic version.

Can't wait for his solo film!

looks quite crappy, to be honest.

Was not expecting to like this character, or find him very interesting. Cyborg sounds so one-dimensional on paper. But I liked him for some reason.

Thank you for at least admitting that.

So many characters like Cyborg in movies AND ESPECIALLY in comics get written off simply due to preconceived expectations, assumptions, or just ignorant bias.

The first comment was nice enough to provide us with the perfect example!

So it makes me happy to see comments like yours. People that actually gives stuff a chance only to be surprised when they realized that they genuinely liked it. Keep this in mind the next time you come across new and unfamiliar things you "expect" something from. They just may surprise you.

in this movie the dad plays the same role as in terminator 2, the scientist doing secret research in the lab, so cyborg supposed to be the little kid from terminator 2
if so this must be an alternate timeline where he didn't get shot and have to blow up inside the lab

I'm unfamiliar with Cyborg so I have no preconceptions. I know a lot of people were complaining about his appearance in the trailers but I don't think they had the final fx done then.

My favorite thing about how so many complained about his appearance and how it didn't look like his Teen Titan version BEFORE the movie was even in post production is not only did it turn out good from obvious CG polishing but in the end he even got an upgrade that resemble his current solo comic look.

dude.. Cyborg looks like an absolute 90's CGI nightmare made of floating triangles.
