Colossal misfire
This movie should have been great. Tim Burton and Lewis Carroll? Talk about a match made in heaven. Little did anyone know how terrible the results would be.
The main actress was as bland as toast.
The film wasn’t an adaptation of any of the books, but a lame pseudo-sequel.
The story was nothing but an overdone “the prophecy is true” cliche we’ve seen a thousand times.
The whole thing felt like a rip-off of Hook, only without the charm of a children’s fantasy.
Now I remember why this movie sucked donkey balls.
