Who is she fighting at 0:19? Kate's mother? Is that a Pim arrow at 0:23 or a giant airbag?

First one appears to be a flashback from Black Widow movie days and may be Natasha she is fighting but the hair doesn't seem to match so it could be someone else. What's a Pim arrow? You mean Pym? No it isn't, just a Airbag Arrow, one of many trick arrows in his arsenal gear. Glad they're showing more different arrows again, love it.

You see a couple of frames of Clint in a purple costume taking a shot towards the end, can't wait to see Hawkeye in action!
