Superficial cliché

Basically a popular, superficial, airhead american girl gets sent to a boarding school in England, makes some enemies and some friends, the main enemy ruins her life, she fixes it by burning down the school and then saving one of her friends, which makes everyone love her, then she confesses it was her, almost gets expelled, gets the boy, captain of the sport team, gets the friends back and has the whole school love her again.
As you can see, it's a typical teenage girl movie, mostly for dumb girls (no offence). Seen it a billion times before. I say superficial because they care about make-up, clothes and boys. Not Emma Roberts' best work.
