the story is interesting but the narrative is so slow, I think it'll take them three seasons to get to the end...don't know if I'll be there for that

shareI felt the same. Also a major attraction for me was seeing all the places we've visited when we went to the Outer Banks and they moved the location, so that took away some of the fun for me.
shareI understand that a couple of the actors are dating one another. That info is probably more interesting than the show itself.
I will try to watch 3 full episodes (no skipping) and then I'll pull the plug if I can't stomach it any more.
A friend of mine once tried to get me to watch a show on Starz and even he said that he found it a little slow moving but when he got to the third episode, he was all over it. He said that you'll know by episode 3 whether or not you're into it. He was right. I kind of measure other shows like that if I find them to be boring at first. I fell asleep through Bridgerton about three times and then I tried to watch it without any distraction and then found that I couldn't get enough of it...lol
