Sucked!

B-movie.

People in the movie are so stupid and annoying you wish them all to die allready. Bad acting. Painfull to watch.

They do not behave like people would and make illogical decisions. Weak plot.

So what they don`t use cgi.

"The Thing" movie was way better.

A: Well done for the double post
B: How do you, I or the film makers know how people would react to these things.
C: There are around 9999+ films nowhere near as good as Splinter.

reply

As the other poster stated... tell us: just exactly how would people react in this situation?

They would react at least bit smarter than these bufoons, thats for sure...Oh and I would've never let that convict back inside the store!

reply

Yep... Absolutely... 

Sad too, because I REALLY wanted to get to the monster part, which by what others are saying was likely pretty good.

BUT... as you say, the 'actors' were so phuk'n ATROCIOUS, I just couldn't stay with it. Now, in my lowly and wretched opinion as I mentioned in another thread here, I honestly feel that the fault of that rests squarely on the director. HE is the one who either encouraged (God, I certainly hope not) or at least allowed those truly painful performances.

Like I say, honestly a real shame, because I really would have wanted to see what he did with the creature and the rest of the story...

I have over 8000 films; many of them very rare and OOP. I LOVE to trade. PLEASE ASK! 
