Try 35. She was born in 1986 and it was filmed in 2021. Oldest "teen" I have ever seen in a movie, and it doesn't help that she looks five years older than she is.

Yeah, it's been an ongoing trope of the horror thrillers that NOBODY looks like a high school kid at all.
Look at the Friday The 13th movies or the later Halloweens for proof. I have read that working with underaged actors on set comes with a lot of time restrictions rules and a portion of each shooting day must be allowed to school instruction. That's likely why 30 year olds play 17 year olds in a lot of horror films.
