Was the little clown girl in the first movie?
I don't remember it much.
No she wasn't.
She's a new 'background' character. She was murdered years ago (per the newspaper clippings in the fathers sketchbook), a possible victim of Art? A family member of his that's death triggered him to become a killer? She obviously has some relevance to the new expansion of the lore alongside Siennas father and the sword.
It'll likely be explained in the inevitable sequel.
