So that just ignored that Beck was in Prison ? Lol

They never explain how he got out of prison I guess I'm assuming he got let out on some sort of work release program which is why he was working in that diner? Or maybe the Prison guard from the last movie helped him get out? We shall never know.

Looks like you skipped a movie. He ends up in jail at the end of the second movie. This right here is the fourth movie. You have to watch the third movie to see what happens. That one's called Stalked by My Doctor: Patient's Revenge.
