I played fallout 3 but it's been a long time since I played it but I only played as a male is there any differences in the game with the genders males are supposed to be tougher than females I never played as a female there is certain perks that are only for male and female but there is female equivalents of male perks.
shareThere is no difference in the genders in FO 3. Some dialogue lines are different and that is it. Every perk for a male has an exact equivalent for females and there are no differences in stats. Other than a few different pronouns and a couple of different lines of dialogue... there's no real difference. I had way more fun with my female character than either of my male character builds... it was 100% because of the build and skills and it had 0% to do with her gender.
