Where is the Oracle and her subset of characters from the previous movies? Or do you think she might appear in the next film?

She was deleted. It says so in the film.

It seems strange they would write her out of the story since the ending of Revolutions implies she would meet Neo again.

Niobe was the kinda Oracle stand in this movie. But why they make her older with shitty make up. They could have just said she was older now and we would all be OK with it. Black don't crack anyway. Instead they made her old wise woman.

Worst movie ever just ahead of Wonder Woman 85.

I think the Oracle was hiding and appears as the one that gives him the strawberry. I would have to rewatch it for further clues as to that theory.

In the previous movies, each time he accepts a cookie from her, he is doubting he is the one except for the one time he says no thanks, because he had accepted he was the one. In the new one, he takes the strawberry and is again doubting he is the one.

Shame Seraph didn't make an appearance though.
