Did John Cusack go to Nic Cage's barber for that haircut??

I have seen Cage with some really bad cuts over the last few movies, but Cusack's hair looked like it was glued on with bad glue...

As a hairdresser in Hawaii I know that gluey look- it comes from 100% humidity on thin fine hair covered in the wrong hairspray!!! I'm sure this film's budget didn't allow for production to halt while he got his hair washed... Which is the only remedy for that mess!
