They miss the oportunity to recreate the meme with the 3 spidermans pointing to each other

There kind of is though, in the scene where they're in the lab and Ned says "Peter!" the three of them point to each other.

I felt there was a joke about two of them naturally having English accents, in there somewhere as well.
