You linked the wrong episode. That's ep 18. OP said 13.

Tim's old girlfriend/business partner (the one who used to be the jockey for Tim's race horse) came back into town. It caused some uncomfortable moments between her, Tim and Casey. The old gf has a horse that she thinks she'll have to put down because it needs a surgery and can't race. Of course Amy gets her to agree to surgery and save the horse.

I think Lou is still in NY on this one.

I don't exactly remember what happens with Georgie.
