That along with the abduction sequence are too of the most intense and unsettling sequences I've seen in a film in quite a while.

Aye. Extremely well done. Scenes like you mentioned will remain in the mind for quite some time. The name Gordy is already tainted forever, lol.

The first time they showed this sequence, I wasn't sure if Gordy was a real chimp or an actor in makeup. The next time they show this sequence, there's no makeup, and you can clearly see the actor's face. You also see the extensions which make his arms look longer, like a chimp's.

What the heck is going on there?
