Looks way better than "The Marvels"

dakota wouldnt make the tryouts for a highschool play idk how she keeps getting work. i like the concept but she single handedly is dragging this down

From what I heard about the plot, it sounds off-the-wall bonkers so we'll see how it works.

I haven't seen the Marvels but will wait to watch it when it comes on Disney Plus. I honestly don't like what Sony is doing with Madame Web. She was a supporting character in Spider-Man comics and should be introduced in a Spidey movie. Then again so should Kraven and Morbious. The Madame Web they are adapting is the 2nd one who was Julia Carpenter/Spider-Woman for years before she became Madame Web. She's also a later version of Spider-Woman. The original Spider-Woman was a woman named Jessica Drew whose father worked for Hydra and who was brainwashed by Hydra into thinking they weren't evil. Nick Fury helped undo said brainwashing.

But we'll never get that on screen because Sony gets to have all Spider-characters. Heck, I'd be satisfied if they could at least make it similar with her father working for Kingpin and Kingpin brainwashing her into thinking she is good and Spider-Man taking Nick Fury's role. But nope! We won't get that either. Sony sucks!
