Awful action
Great action is not just a great stunt. Nor great camera work or editing.
It's mostly great satisfaction through actions of a predicament that requires a resolution.
Hence, Die Hard is awesome.
This movie has some of the dumbest action ever. For no logical reason, Statham goes from human to bullet proof to bullet ignorer. Same way, his colleagues go from competent to silly to I don't even know how to think.
That makes all the shooting and fighting quite stupid, as we never know the rules the movie is playing by: it's certainly not realistic, but it's not even cartoon-level realistic when bullets to the face somehow don't cause harm anymore.
