I watched those two episodes last night.

Tig kills Veronica in Act I. In Act II Roosevelt reveals that Veronica Pope is the daughter of a major gansta in Oaktown.

I love the end of Act II where Tara possessively puts her arm around Jax and the scene dissolves into a young Gemma and John Teller. One of the coolest scenes in the series!
