did clay ever say he was sorry for not telling tig the truth about him getting shot and which resulted in his daughter getting killed? I don't remember this and yes clay is to blame 90% percenf to blame he could toldtig and then he would been to get his daughter's away safly.

I don't remember exactly, maybe he did at some point but that was already too late.

Nobody told Tig the truth because they were protecting Opie. Just like with Donna, Tig went 'hunting' on his own accord. Clay get the blame because he was "in charge" but really it was never his call.
