The first one was already called Scream
Why didn't they at least call this 5cream? They put the 4 in the title in part 4, so this would make sense.
shareI'm guessing they wanted this to be seen as some kind of soft reboot or something so they called it Scream (yeah they should have just called it Scream V), but then they throw that concept right out the window with the next one by calling is Scream 6. In all honesty though the titles in the Scream franchise are not as illogical as the titles in the Rambo franchise.
