I'm glad Denis is gonna do this 2 part film

As Blade Runner 2049 and Arrival blew me away, this guy has true potential to make this project work well and i've been a fan of the novels since i was 12 for 25 years and i hated both film attempts (the lynch monstrosity and the mini-series) as this can be like the Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones of sci-fi.

Oh god I hope so, with him directing and that stacked cast it should be pretty great.

GoT is more social media hype and cheap cash-ins when compared to LotR. Not saying it isn't quality, but I doubt it's going to be as relevant 20 years from now.

The directing in 2049 was very solid ... just a pity the story wasn't up to par with the original, my only criticism of that film.

I am also glad Denis is doing this however.

I disagree, i thought BR 2049 was worthy of the first film and had a good story and all.

Me too Besides Its My Most Anticipated Of 2020 and will be keep me going till the Next Star Wars which isnt out till 2022
