Everyone saying Micah was a horrible boyfriend

I dont think he was, most people i know have similar personalities and im probably similar to him myself, i think he was very realistic in his portrayal as an everyday type of guy,

Also, not only did i not have a problem with Micah, but i have an ex girlfriend who was very much like Katie, very sweet when she wanted to be, and especially sweet when a camera was rolling, because she knew that people obviously would see that video clip at some stage, she would ALWAYS play up for the camera and act like butter wouldnt melt, but in 'real life' she could be a horrible piece of work,

Whos to say when the camera wasnt rolling that Katie wasnt throwing stuff at Micah in a tantrum, cheating on him at weekends, and basically being a nightmare to live with?? And even if she wasnt, ive never really noticed anything untoward in Micahs personna, he seems alright to me, id happily have a beer with him

He was an absolute ass.

He constantly ignores what Katie says so he can do his rah-rah macho-man "I'm going to take care of it" routine. He treats the whole situation as a fun experiment, and then as things get serious he starts treating it as a fight where he can take on a demon, as if he's having an argument with a neighbour over a boundary fence.

He almost never listens to Katie or takes anything she says seriously, even though she is the target of all this.

He's not a bad boyfriend, he's the worst boyfriend ever.

I agree graham 167.
Micah was an utter schmuck! He kept acting like it wasn't serious (at first, I could sort of understand that, since most everyday people would NOT assume a haunting was real and/or certainly not a demon).

But once the psychic arrived, Micah became a real ass indeed.
He ignored everything the psychic told him, from not using a Ouija board to calling a demonologist!
He became like an alpha male, making it an ego thing instead of the deadly situation it was.

While staying with Katie & not running for the hills was his only saving grace, he basically made it POSSIBLE for the demon to possess Katie (using the Ouija board, not calling the demonoligist and letting the demon get stronger with time.)

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
