The blue lake at the end, where is this exact location ? Is it a touristy place ?

I heard about the Manali to Ladakh scenic journey, any scenes taken in the movie ?

Where are those journey scenes shot near the begining of the film when the 3 guys took the hilly journey and later near the end when the female joined in and some snowed mountains are seen ?

I am planning to travel to India and keen on scenic places, are there any more scenic roads beside those seen in nthis film ?

The lake is in ladhak.I think it is pagong lake.The scenic journey scene is the road from delhi to shimla(superb road).
If planning to come to india visit:
shimla-manali-ladhak
andaman island
tanjavore,hampi,meenakshi temple
taj mahal
khajiranga or pench
kerala.........
The list goes on...

The lake in the last scene took my breath away! I would like to visit such a place someday, do they cater to international tourists? Would it be ok even if you don't speak Hindi or the local language? Are the natives that live there the Austronesians of India?
