Absolutely. I could not connect with them at all. They were so unreliable, bland, boring, no character development. None of us cared about them. Easily forgettable. But just had to justify the diversity!

I didn't enjoy them as much as I enjoyed the original child actors in the first movie, I felt the original child actors had much stronger personality.
