With the show cancelled. Will Cleveland go back to Family Guy? If so does he bring his whole family? I will miss some of the characters on Cleveland show, mostly Cleveland Jr., Holt, and Arch. The rest I can do without.

That's the most likely scenario, after all Mike Henry is still credited as part of the main cast of Family Guy so as long as he still wants to be part of the show, Cleveland and probably his family will move back to Quahog & Kevin, Sanaa & Reagan will guest voice. The rest of the characters will most likely be forgotten.
