Those are the rest of the schedule episodes for this season, according to thefutoncritic.com and there are no episodes in production currently.

They'll hit the magic renewal number. Anybody know anything else.

So, is this show likely done?

Yes. Considering the 8 to 9 month production time, the first episodes of the fifth season wouldn't be ready for the 2013-2014 Fall season in September.
Unless FOX is planning something unorthodox like making Cleveland a mid-season replacement show in 2014, but that's doubtful.

They've already sold it into syndication which is probably why they kept it around as long as they did. FOX did the same thing with 'Til Death.

FOX will have its upfronts in May (or around that time) and will announce Cleveland's cancellation then.
It would be quite surprising if they didn't.
