The movie makes it looks like Lisa was obsessed with Derek. But, I think Derek was obsessed with Lisa too. The only difference is, Lisa admits it and Derek hides it because he was married.
Derek should have been mad with Sharon for killing Lisa.
A husband should be angry at his wife for killing a crazy stalker who broke into their home and tried to kill her upon confrontation? I guess after Lisa broke into their home, Sharon should have greeted Lisa with a hug and welcomed her into the family? I hope you're not married. With your thinking, you'd probably find a lover and plot how to kill your spouse.

The only mistake he made was not telling his wife about it it the first place, which is why she didn't beleive him at first.
