Not A Remake
Despite some racist comments and negativity, I liked it. Not a fan of the musical moments, except for young Celie & Nettie's song when she came to stay. I think Fantasia sings beautifully, but I get a lil irritated when movies & shows break into song. I get what they were doing but this ain't a remake, just another version of it.
