What happened to Zala in the end? SPOILER
Lisbeth whacks him in the head with the axe and then buries it in his leg. But he is definitely still alive at the end when she is trying to kill the huge blonde geezer. Presumably he survives, but why do we not see him at the end when the air ambulance and Blomqvist arrive?
