Masturbating in car...sound effect?

Anyone with any experience with Foley sound effects have any idea how the character played by Zach G. conjured his "masturbating in the rental car" sound? I'm thinking the sound effect was simply a balloon (or similar-shaped object) filled with water (or something more viscous) and Zach just went nuts on it (pardon the pun).

You do realize that Foley artist work on the movie post production, right? So Zach wouldn't be any near the balloon.

It could be anything though. Like someone pulling their cheek skin with a wet mouth; some wet rubber rubbed... Does it matter?
