Good bits but on the whole boring.
Honestly, there were some genuinely great scenes in here and the way Murphy's family life was touched on a bit more was really good but at the end of the day I just found it to be a gigantic bore and extremely generic.
I think it would have done better under a different name and no references to the original but studios obviously have no faith in their films and have to have the safety net of a well know name.
