Personally I didn't find this movie all that bad, maybe a sequel with an R rating, and listening to fans could redeem this. But nonetheless if you compare it to what we're probably going to get in the new ghostbusters you can actually admit that this is better.
(On a sidenote, I'm probably gonna get bashed for this...)
I thought this remake was really bad. I think it will be on par with how crappy the new Ghostbusters will be.
shareI'm refusing to actually pay money to see remakes as it only encourages Hollywood to dumb down more classic movies.
Like this one, I'll see the Ghostbusters remake when my friends buy it, when my girlfriend rents it, when I visit my parents and they watch it.
Otherwise I'll continue to only spend my money on the movies that I are original or adaptations not before made.
There are how many self-published books a day, how many thousands of years of history to draw from? Hollywood can certainly & easily find something new to option rather than destroying classics.
