Not Seen ghost in the shell yet
I haven't seen ghost in the shell yet.
If i have a choice between 2.0 [ Blu ray ] and the DVD of the 1st version . What do you guys recommend. Thank you?
The Blu-Ray edition has the original film on it as a special feature, so there's no real reason not to go for that option.
shareSure, but what version would you recommend to a GITS virgin? :D
Edit: I ended up seeing the orginal version, while it was kind of blurry and "old" looking quality wise on our 100 inch screen, i loved the movie.
Afterwards i checked out the beginning of 2.0 and while i like the fact that the picture is much sharper and crisper now the 3D parts looks totally out of place (Eventhough they look nice)
I will probably rewatch the whole movie in 2.0 mode shortly, and when i do ill probably review the whole thing.
Also, another "negative" thing i can say about 1.0 is that the subtitles were rushing by abit too fast, sometimes you ended up concentrating on the subtitles more than enjoying the movie.
