I enjoyed this!

I didn't notice this one come out, I kind of accidentally stumbled across it. I love the first two Fletch movies, so was really looking forward to seeing this new one.

It has all the quick wisecrack style of the originals and Hamm does a good job with the material, but is not a young Chevy Chase, but close. It's like a good, modern interpretation of the older Fletch movies and really needs to be embraced as such, otherwise you'll be disappointed if you are yearning for another mid-to-late-1980s film.

There's a couple of police detectives in it who were a lot of fun, especially the lady. I found the kitchen scene a really funny sequence, especially with the dog yapping in the background as all the gags happen.

And how about that techno-loving old guy!

I thought Hamm was miscast and I didn't find the film very funny or entertaining.

I liked about 90% of it. I thought it was going along really well. The mystery was good, the quips were clever, and the performances were all great.

But they didn't stick the ending. The big reveal scene was a major letdown for me and is a really big flaw in an otherwise fun flick.
