Oh God you people are so f-ed up with your constant anti-woke drivel. Not everything is woke, but you have to see it everywhere and scream about it whether it's woke or not. The series sucked. They did everything wrong, and whatever whiny woke stuff you are crying about was just a very minor part of a poor adaptation.

it was a poor adaptation but it would've been watchable if the casting didnt annoy me so much. also, if it isnt woke then why are all the leads in this women? are there like leading female physicists in real life?

Who cares? If you are so obsessive about sticking your woke nerves
out and searching out for any sign of what you've been trained to think
of as woke, you'll never enjoy anything. Maybe that's why all you
Trumpers are no fun to be around or read any comments from, you're

I don't have an issue with the female representation amongst top physicists, but I have an issue with the fact that those particular women don't have the personality of a physicists. More like journalist type of personality and looks.

It is taking away from the believability of the story. The psychology of the characters or even their looks don't match with their occupation.

the problem with putting women in these leading masculine roles is the human brain is hardwired to find certain aspects attractive. since nobody wants to put unattractive(not just physically) characters in movies, they end up putting these feminine women in leading masculine roles. so they're really fucking hypocrites. they want so badly to make women leaders but also want them to be just like women too. it's like some kind of brain hack that's completely unreal.

you've got to be kidding. no i don't know "a lot" but i did major in engineering. it would be fucking amazing if suddenly the type i met there was somehow outliers and at every other school they were different. my class had like 3 women and they were ugly as sin. meanwhile, the men had all levels of looks. this was because we weren't in some genius level. the higher it goes, the uglier the men but for women, even average engineering level intelligence were ugly as fuck.

It's not even so much about the looks, although it is true that physicists don't put an emphasis on looking pretty, it's more about the personality that doesn't match a physicist personality at all.
