Great movie, with one HUGE plot hole.

Granted, I have never been skiing, but my problem is with the wolves...wouldn't there be some preventative measure to keep wolves off the property, so they wouldn't eat the skiers??

YOu would think

Maybe they forgot their "Wolf-Be-Gone" at the lodge.
I HAVE been skiing, and several of the areas we skied through were pretty remote. I could easily see wolves, coyotes, even a big cat or two cruising through looking for leftovers. We have a pair of bobcats living in the woods behind our house, and they come out in the late afternoon and watch us watch them. They're pretty brazen.

wow! That is hella cool! =)

Hopefully, no one is your neighborhood starts feeding them (as so often humans do - I have NO idea why) and then the animals associate with US with food- a recipe for disaster.

And that's the double truth, RUTH!

Lol It was cool til the neighbor's Parson Terrier (Jack Russell) went missing. We have 4 dogs; they used to spend days outside, temperature provided. Now, even tho our yard is fenced in, they only go out when we're out. It's a shame, but one of those bobcats could jump the fence, snatch a dog, and be gone, and we'd have no clue what happened. I don't blame them; we're actually in their yard. You should hear them scream; it sounds like a woman SCREAMING!

You're lucky to live in a place remote enough that wildlife still runs wild ... AND you are smart to protect your animals from those cats - you're right that we encroached on their property and we have to respect that, they are opportunistic eaters and it would take nothing for them to snatch a tasty, easy, "drive through" meal in the form of your beloved pets. I'm just glad you found the cats before they found your pooches!!!!
