Did Sam and Zoe ever actually have sex, or was it just a fantasy romance? If they ever actually made that clear I missed it. I guess I assumed they did, then by the end I wasn't sure. She says her fiancé "knows everything," so if they were having sex behind his back, I can't imagine him being cool with it, whether he was a threat or not.
