I can't believe nobody batted an eyelash at the fact that cops shot an unarmed couple just because a millionaire called saying they were looters. Yes. American cops can shoot to kill just because. Drax didn't hold a knife, didn't hold a gun. He was no threat to anybody. But the stupid police woman just shot at him. Of course he didn't die, but it wouldn't have been the case with another human being.

We just saw an Oscar Grant moment here and, just because it is Marvel, it was business as usual.

That too. The cops just shot to kill at somebody -black, white, woman, doesn't matter really- who broke and entered a rich person's home. There was no murder, no violence previously. They just shot to kill. And no Police union, no ACLU, no woke mob has complained about this.

I took it as social commentary. A wealthy celebrity calls the cops, and 3 squad cars show up within a minute or two.
