Worst film ever?

I wonder how people can do craps like this and call them a film!
1/10 because I cannot rate lower.

You've really done a great job expressing what it was about this move you disliked. 'Worst film ever?' Great. Most objective review ever! You did great. I am jealous of yer deep analytical mind and how you approach reviewing film. You are greeeeeat.

And you did a great job at critiquing his critique. Great! The guy didn't like the film. This is a public space. He didn't claim to be a film critic. He didn't like it. Aren't you glad you took the time to express yourself so eloquently? Feel better about yourself?

You know what I'm jealous of? "Yer" spelling skills. They're "greeeeeat". Oh, by the way... Great!

I saw a screening of this a while back. It was a real trip, to say the least. At times jarring, and other times darkly humorous. I accually want to get the DVD too.

If you want to discuss your opinion on a film, or anything for that matter, be sure you have at least some logical reasoning behind it. Saying "I hate this" and not giving any reason just makes you look like an ignorant fool who can't communicate at a very basic level. Being a film critic has nothing to do with it.

Of course he's entitled to his opinion, yah twat! But to come on here and say it's a steaming piece of crap without justifying his opinion is what irks my *beep*

Oh yes, I didn't realize I was applying to Harvard and my obviously lazy spelling of yer is just outright offensive.

I'm glad I wasted my time writing that response. It made me feel better about my superior taste in celluloid bliss. I just want people to get on my level, and yer name is too long.

I just saw you "comment". What shall I explain about such a crap? A "film" (if you can call it a "film") without meaning, without story and terrible acting. Pure waste o celluloid material.

Now I see that christihopethisnameisntt (Fri Dec 21 2012 11:09:04) replied on my behalf and I than him.

That's cool man, you didn't like it. I see a lot of movies I hate and never once have I been inclined to go on the film's IMDb page and proclaim it as a piece of crap.

If you came to engage in a discussion on why you think it failed, then that'd be one thing. But that's clearly not what you wanted to do. Herein lies my issue with yer shallow "opinion."

To me this movie isn't foremost about meaning or story. It's presented with these things either buried deep for you to uncover yourself (something you are incapable of doing) or just to be experienced, while stimulating unique corners of the viscera (also something you must be numb to.)

That's one of the reasons I love it. The film is completely unlike anything else I've seen from art in any medium.

It should be easier for you to explain why you hate a movie than why you love one. You can't, so don't bother talking.

It's down there with the worst. I didn't like it at all when I saw it, and ever since then it has stayed firmly in the category of films that I would recommend people NOT to watch.

reply

One of the worst I've ever seen. I got about 20 minutes in and couldn't cope with any more.

"Hey! Ladies! That was fun!"

reply

I honestly enjoyed the film very much until the end. It took me about twenty minutes of thinking it over before I came to my own conclusion, something I generally hate doing with films.

As a director, you've invested this much time and energy into a film, and kept your audience around this long, just to say, "figure it out"? What a cop out! I'm not the writer here buddy, give me an ending from your hopelessly superior filmmaking brain. I did just give you ten bucks and my evening.

And sure, some films end without closure intentionally, and sometimes it's done well. It really felt (for the first 20 minutes after the movie) like they couldn't figure out how to wrap up such clusterfu?k, so they left us with 'Bruce' in the trunk. But maybe she was just scared to get out, who knows, that's my ultimatum.

Either way, great idea, decent execution, good acting. The flow this film had doesn't entitle it to end the way it did, in my opinion.

"There is SO much worse: Schindlers list, Annie Hall, The Godfather, This is spinal tap...the list goes on"

Was that meant to be a joke? Those films are all absolute classics
