Not Interested

I was wary it was gonna' be a shitshow like that from the second the title was revealed. It's not very subtle.

I'm not one to bleat on about 'woke' media, but it's absolutely undeniable that there is a current trend of political film making. In Horror alone we've recently had Last Night in Soho and The Invisible Man which have tackled the issue of Male-on-Female violence/Misogyny. Then other films like The Last Duel, which I did enjoy by the way, it's all played out and I don't really see what this film will bring to the table to make it stand out.

I'm probably not gonna' bother watching this at all. It's almost a cert to get good critic reviews based on the subject matter but I've become increasingly wary of high scores on RT, Metacritic, Letterboxd & IMDB. Ratings are almost completely useless.

Who did you hear that from? That's not what it is. I read an interview with Alex Garland. The guy comes off WAY too complex for him to be so simple as to make a movie about that.

We get it, you hop from movie to movie to complain about them. How amazing.
