I like Tracy Morgan basically playing himself on 30 Rock but he's no actor. He can't play any role in a convincing manner that isn't himself.
shareYeah, its true, he's definitely not much of an actor. He's a pretty funny guy, what he does on 30 Rock and some of his old SNL sketches were pretty funny, but he was awful in Cop Out. Don't know what happened here.

I don't like his acting,...........period. I didn't like him 30 rock. He seemed like an extra that cast because they needed to fill a hole. I find him 100% irritating, annoying, and there's not a single thing funny about him or how he acts. I don't know how he got as far as he did, he must know someone or something, because he sucks at everything he's in. Can't think of a single thing I like. And no, not even 30 rock. Even there I dreaded the scenes where he'd appear. He reminded me of someone playing the Executives little boy being a dickwad and the cast laughing and agreeing with him ONLY because they don't want to lose their job. He can't act worth beans.
