The newest teaser cleared so many things up.

So, we've all seen the picture of Muschietti standing in front of production pics. It's awesome and if you think about it, it confirms the inclusion of things people were afraid they were gonna leave out.

The Lovely Mrs. K: Eddie's mom.
Hockstetter leftovers: Patrick Hockstetter's death.
Fear from the fridge: either the leeches or the balloons/note in blood the Losers find. I'm leaning towards leeches.
The Descent: looks like they're going under Derry after all (we knew this but still it's nice to see something official)

But there's a few things I wanted to discuss:

"Bill discovers the well" and after that is "fleeing Neibolt street" what could this be? Will they escape Neibolt through a well or something? Idk.

I wonder if the main entrance to the sewers will be in or near 29 Neibolt street, instead of the barrens.

That's possible... and in my opinion this would give more importance to a house that otherwise is not that much part the story

Perhaps the well is how they make it into It's layer? I'm not saying the sewers won't be in the movie, just that maybe it's through the well that they get to the sewers?

Fleeing Neibolt could just be Eddie's first encounter with the leper.

Fleeing Neibolt comes right after Bill Locates the Well and that looks like Eddie and Bill tho. I'm guessing the "well" aides them in getting out after the battle in Neibolt street somehow

In another thread the poster Occult_Detective posted a link to a version of the picture with the sharpness cranked up:

I am pretty convinced that the picture marked #119, "Special delivery", is the scene from the book where Henry, on the morning of the day the Losers descend into the sewers, find Pennywise's switchblade gift in the mail. I think I recall Henry wearing a red sleeveless t-shirt in one of the few released in-character pictures of him.

This, together with Nicholas Hamilton's posts on instagram (about having killed two fathers in his cinematic career), suggests to me that the scene where Henry kills his father is also in.
