Pennywise themed jeans

I've recently started hand painting jeans, and with Halloween just around the corner I thought I'd make a pair featuring Pennywise.
I used the mini series version as reference as most of what I paint is of the 90's.
Thought you guys might dig!

Very cool! I'm thinking of wearing a Pennywise t-shirt, and/or jeans (like yours), to the theatre screening- I'm assuming I wouldn't be the only one. You should start a business creating It clothing merchandise. Or someone should. I can totally see someone making $$$.

Glad you like them! I'll definitely try my hand at making an updated version once more production photos surface. Would love to make more - it's just hard coming up with iconic imagery from the mini-series (for obvious reasons I suppose)
Happy to try and come up with something for you and the premiere!

Nice!🎈

...fabric paint or acrylic with medium? 😮

acrylic with medium. I've only started doing this recently so I'm not really sure of all the in's and out's but I'm hoping they're at least waterproof to a degree.

You'll hear arguments for both sides (fabric paint and acrylic), but to be honest...I always say, you should use what suits you the best! 😃

Standard acrylic will mostly adhere at a surface layer (whereas fabric paint will cling to the fabric), and acrylic may be prone to crack over time (whereas fabric paint will seep into the material). Acrylic paint is water-resistant when dry, but can be prone to damage (cracked / faded) by high temperatures when washed in the washing-machine (so some would suggest wash by hand). However...you've definitely already made in a step in the right direction by using acrylic with medium (which can help with all of these issues!). 😊
