Costume - Compared to AHS

First of all, I just want to say I'm a costume designer and my eye is always looking and comparing designs (whether I want to or not) so when I was watching AHS Freak Show I noticed that Twisty's costuming is quite similar to the new It designs we have seen so far. Same silverish color with the red poms going down. Not EXACTLY the same but similar enough that I noticed. I was just wondering what you guys think? I dont exactly know how to post pictures on here, sadly, and that's kind of pathetic for a 23 year old, but if you aren't familiar with Twisty's design google it.

This is not a critique of the new design, by the way (i quite like it), but just saying....

If that's the case (and based on your description)...

...then I would say Twisty's costume (I've never watched AHS: Freak Show so not familiar with the character) was more so inspired by Pennywise from the novel (with the silver costume / pom-poms).🎈

Yes I def think Pennywise inspires most other clown characters, just because he's so iconic!

Do you think the new Wonderwoman costume looks like Ironman? What do you think?

I personally though the concept art for the previous Cary F. script was way better: http://i.imgur.com/HS985Lk.jpg

Where did you get this? Is there any more?

Interesting, a few of them look a bit too aggressive imo. Definitely a different direction from the current pennywise..

Well, I mean Pennywise has many looks, the demonic Pennywise vs. freindly Pennywise. I think these would be very terrifying as the demonic Pennywise. I think that purple-ish one with no nose is awesome and unique.

BUT, from the one B&W still we have of Pennywise in action they are going for a very, very old style clown, which does look very good. I wasn't fond of the doctored promo photo, but the Victorian thing does have a creepiness to it. Seeing the B&W photo and how eerie it looks almost makes me thing this whole movie would look better in B&W.

Yeah the action shot looks excellent. Black and white would work great for Derry's history - it would be great if they did all the trailers/ promo as Derry's history. 5x10 minute short films. Then one trailer a few months before.
