After the kids make their promise at end,they leave the circle in order that they die,first Stan,then Eddie, not sure about others as haven't read the book.
shareThose two are the only ones that die. Mike gets stabbed though and has to sit out the final fight, but no one else dies. I didn't really pay attention to the order they left except that Bill, Beverly, and Ben were the last three to leave. So maybe it's a foreshadow as to how they all leave Derry after the second fight with IT/Pennywise. Not sure the order either of how they leave. But Ben and Beverly leave together and Bill is the last one to leave since he needs to get his wife out of the coma that IT/Pennywise puts her in. Bill is also the last one to leave at the end of this movie. But maybe Ben and Beverly leave before Mike and possibly Richie. Actually, Mike gets stabbed before Eddie dies, so maybe that throws off the whole thing too on them leaving based on who dies. But I don't know how they decided how the group left at the end of the movie. It could've just been random.

shareI think they'll stick to the ending of Ben and Beverly ending up together. They were teasing it throughout the first movie. Beverly signs Ben's yearbook, Beverly keeps Ben liking New Kids On The Block a secret and they have inside jokes about it throughout the movie, then there is the poem, and of course the whole thing of getting Beverly to wake up from the kiss Ben gives her. There is probably something else.
