Is she supposed to be some kind of hood rat? Why would Frasier even associate with someone with a dumb cow ring through her nose?

I work for a very liberal University as Public Safety in Missouri and there's one student who has both earlobes enlarged with rings the size of a coffee cup plate.. Not sure of many places that would hire you with something like this??

I couldn't agree more. I hate nose rings - but they are all too common nowadays, unfortunately.
