Inspired by Model Shop (1969)?
Model Shop is a movie directed by Jacques Demy from 1969 about an aimless young man in LA. When I watched that film it felt like I had already seen it before but then I remembered about this movie Somewhere. In terms of characters, setting, and overall vibes the 2 are similar. I wonder if Sofia Coppola was inspired by Model Shop.
